Golf on the Costa Blanca
This modern course designed by Seve Ballesteros is situated at Playa de San Juan. The course has a par of 72, including six par-3s, six par-4s and six par-5s. The flatness of the course allows an almost unadulterated view of the green, the S shaped lake and the Roman ruins, making it both an interesting and relaxing course to play.

Club de Golf Alenda
The Alenda Golf Club is an 18-hole course which is situated close to the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra de las Aguilas mountains. All the holes are linked together and the walks to tee from the green are short which makes for a fairly quick round and is ideal for players of all levels.
The course is varied with wide fairways and easy to play holes. The first nine holes are medium length and favour accuracy but it is the last nine holes that make up the technical part of the course and require more concentration.

La Finca Algorfa Golf
La Finca Algorfa Golf is the newest course in Alicante and is situated at the foot of Mount Escotera. It was designed to host top tournaments and has the greatest variety of greens out of all the courses on the Costa Blanca. There is also a reserve hole which can be brought into play in the unlikely event of one of the 18 holes being closed off!
Attention has also been taken with the surroundings, incorporating reed beds and running water which are home to a variety of migratory water birds, such as egrets and ducks, whilst the interior of the course is abundant with well placed olive and palm trees.

Golf & Country Club La Marquesa
Located 58km outside of Alicante, this course is not excessively difficult and can be enjoyed by players of all levels. The complicated slope of the green is the trickiest aspect of the course and better players may find it less than challenging. The Ifach golf course is situated in Moraira on a country estate with the best views in the region of Valencia.
It has a round of nine holes (6 par-3’s and 3 par-4’s) the holes are short but the narrow fairways make them fairly tricky.
The course was designed to make it necessary for players to use all of their clubs and takes great control on both the drive and also in the short game. It is a good all round course for beginners and tourists to enjoy.

This golf club was founded in 1974 by Don Luis Campomanes Asumendi as part of the "El Aramo" residential development and is situated in the village of Altea.
The course has extremely difficult holes which require a degree of accuracy if you want to land the ball on the fairway. However, the 3rd hole is popular as it allows spectacular sea views.

The Oliva Nova golf course is one of the most recent Seve Ballesteros projects and is situated on the southern tip of the Valencian coastline.
This 18-hole course is superbly maintained and offers a wide variety of shots due to the variety layout. It is a comfortable course for all levels of players, has an extremely varied layout, so you will find yourself playing a wide variety of shots.
There are great opportunities for players of all kinds as there are short, medium and long holes.
The course has a par of 72 and is made up of four par-3’s, four par-5’s and ten par-4’s and usually takes about four hours to play.

The El Saler course is located within the Albufera Nature Park, just south of Valencia. The links-style course is surrounded by pine trees and sand dunes, however it is said that the last few holes are reminiscent of an English course. It is a difficult course with several blind hazards, wide greens and 90 bunkers.

Club de Golf Escorpion is located in a lovely valley, surrounded by pretty pined covered hills. This picturesque has five lakes and rough full of orange trees.
The drive on the 18th holes is not too complicated due to the wide fairway, but a sharp slice will leave the player facing a nasty rough.

The Manises Golf Club is the oldest golf club in Valencia. It is a 9-hole course with a flat layout requiring precision and consistency due to the narrow fairways and dense foliage.

Situated 90 kilometres from Alicante on the way to Valencia. This club is an all-year-round favourite, due to its sheltered position ensuring continuous temperature conditions.
The surrounding orange and pine trees also add to the attraction, as do the perfectly maintained greens, gentle slopes and wide fairways. It is a relatively short 9-hole round and has 34 bunkers to add extra interest.
