When visiting a country, one of the most enjoyable experiences is to sample the local cuisine and wines. Spain does not disappoint! Spain is made up of many autonomous regions with distinctive styles of cuisine from the Andalucian 'Gazpacho' to the ubiquitous 'Paella' and each region is extremely proud of their own contribution.

Andalucia is the largest region in Spain and has many provinces, each offering their own contribution. The proximity to the Mediterranean Sea ensures that fresh fish and seafood are abundant, as are olives, garlic and fresh fruits.
