Spain has a rich and fascinating artistic history. In the 18th Century Francisco Goya was the most prolific painter in Spain and was renowned for creating some of the ugliest likenesses of the Royal family, however, more recently during the last century the most well loved and well known Spanish artists could be said to be, Pablo Picasso, Joan Miró and of course Salvador Dali.
